The Infinite Shades Return Policy
We hope you adore your new piece from The Infinite Shades. However, if you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a simple return process:
1. Eligibility for Returns:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Jewelry must be unworn, in its original condition, and accompanied by the original packaging and receipt.
- Custom or personalized pieces are non-refundable.
2. How to Initiate a Return:
- Email our support team at care@theinfiniteshades.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Once approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label.
3. Refund Process:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the returned item.
- Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
4. Exchanges:
- We offer exchanges for items of equal or lesser value. Please follow the return process and specify your exchange preference.
5. Damaged or Defective Items:
- If you receive a damaged or defective piece, contact us within 7 days of delivery for a free replacement or refund.
6. Non-Returnable Items:
- Earrings (for hygiene reasons), sale items, and gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged.
